Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistency of processes and policies
  • Manage customer experience team for order setup and materials dispatch
  • Collect bid day info, manage and send quotes, create orders
  • Support quality submissions for accuracy and plant scheduling

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4-year degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in dispatching in a similar industry
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer facing role
  • MS Office intermediate to high level required
  • Bilingual (Spanish Preferred)
