About the role

Responsibilities
- Designing and developing new features for our e‑commerce system following common design patterns and coding principles
- Writing integration and/or unit tests to ensure code quality
- Further development of existing functionalities
- Code refactoring to continuously optimize the software
- Active participation in daily stand-ups, code reviews and pull requests
Requirements
- A relevant completed vocational training or university degree (e.g. Business Informatics); alternatively, several years of experience in web development
- Solid experience in web development (PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, HTML, CSS); experience with PHP frameworks such as Symfony or Laravel is desirable
- Bonus points for experience with common test frameworks, e‑commerce systems, or other technologies such as Linux, Docker, Confluence or Azure DevOps
- Soft skills: analytical thinking, independent and solution-oriented working, team-oriented and communicative collaboration
