Responsibilities

  • Transform raw information into meaningful insights that help ITA Group and clients understand how programs spark engagement and fuel business success.
  • Be a key player in positioning ITA Group as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Identify the right questions, dig into data, or tell a compelling story with your findings to shape strategies and inspire action.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive insights and deliver recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Uncover the 'why' behind data to drive smarter decisions and stronger results.
  • Analyze complex data and turn it into clear narratives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, MIS, Business Management or a related field
  • 3+ years of data analysis experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and modeling and Data visualization tools—Power BI preferred; Tableau or Looker
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation and Python or R for statistical analysis and automation
  • Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques for analyzing unstructured data (e.g., customer feedback, social media)
  • Exposure to AI-enhanced BI tools (e.g., Power BI with Copilot, Tableau Pulse, ThoughtSpot)
  • Experience working with data engineering teams, data pipelines, and data warehouse architecture
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Workfront and version control and workflow tools
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights that influence business decisions
  • Strong understanding of business strategy and operations
  • Ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies and connect them to business outcomes
  • Strategic thinker who can visualize the ideal state and map the path to get there
  • Experience engaging with executive stakeholders
  • Experienced in developing polished, professional presentations in PowerPoint to communicate insights, trends and recommendations
  • Skilled in translating data into clear, engaging stories through verbal presentations tailored to non-technical audiences
  • A natural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments.
  • A portfolio of client-based analytics work that drove measurable business impact
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams to accomplish a common goal
  • Industry-specific analytics experience in Automotive, Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Retail
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, feature engineering)
  • Ability to interpret and communicate the implications of AI model outputs to non-technical stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience developing and operationalizing AI models that improved business performance, optimized processes, or unlocked new insights.
