About the role

  • Senior Account Executive driving AI Voice & CX Solutions Sales leveraging existing networks at Iserv. Focused on technical autonomy and executive presence for transformative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage Your Network: Activate your existing relationships to generate immediate pipeline. You know who needs this technology and you know how to reach them.
  • Technical Scoping & Discovery: Lead the architectural discussion. You act as the primary "Solution Architect" during the sales cycle, mapping out how our AI agents will integrate with their current tech stack.
  • Executive Presentation: Translate complex technical capabilities into clear financial ROI for CFOs and Business Owners.
  • Close Complex Deals: Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles, manage contract negotiations, and secure the win.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of SaaS/Technology Sales: Deep experience in CCaaS, UCaaS, AI, or Complex MSP Sales .
  • Proven Network: You must demonstrate that you have an active network of potential buyers. We are looking for a "Rolodex" hire.
  • Technical Independence: You must be comfortable diagramming workflows (Visio/LucidChart) and discussing integrations without immediate engineering support.
  • Strategic Mindset: You are used to selling five and six-figure deals that involve organizational change, not just a software license.
