About the role

  • Director of Enterprise Sales at Iru managing enterprise sales growth across influential organizations. Leading a team of AEs to develop strategic accounts and achieve revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise sector, aiming to exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts
  • Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value of Iru's solutions to prospective clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of IC enterprise sales experience and 3 years of management experience, preferably in the SaaS or IT management industry
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a history of closing large, complex deals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Understanding IT management solutions and quickly learning and adapting to new technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
