Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise sector, aiming to exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth
Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts
Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value of Iru's solutions to prospective clients
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of IC enterprise sales experience and 3 years of management experience, preferably in the SaaS or IT management industry
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a history of closing large, complex deals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Understanding IT management solutions and quickly learning and adapting to new technologies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
