About the role
- Business Controller for IRS Group overseeing business reporting and KPI analysis. Supporting financial operations with a focus on controlling and strategic development in a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of regular business reporting for Regional, Area and Branch Managers
- Regular calculation of KPIs and associated variance analyses
- Independent and comprehensive preparation of target/actual comparisons
- Proactive point of contact for decentralized units on business-controlling matters
- Contribution to the continuous development of group-wide controlling tools
- Regular forecast and budget planning
- Support in the introduction and implementation of new KPIs, IT software and process standards
Requirements
- Completed degree in economics/business administration with a focus on Controlling/Accounting or a comparable qualification with relevant experience
- 5+ years of solid business administration experience, particularly in Controlling
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); macro programming is an advantage
- Experience with management information systems such as Lucanet and Power BI is a plus
- Ability to communicate appropriately with different target groups and a strong team player
