Responsibilities
- Create and maintain thorough, accurate, and concise end user documentation.
- Rewrite the existing documents (owners, maintenance & safety manuals) with European safety standards.
- Manage workload and achieve results with minimal supervision.
- Originating, editing and proof reading of technical documentation
- Co-ordinate with project lead to gather technical and product information from various sources to create new or modify existing parts manuals.
Requirements
- 3+ years hands on experience in Arbortext Editor or .XML authoring tool.
- 3+ years hands on experience in Adobe In-design & Adobe Acrobat Professional.
- Expertise in creating parts manual for Industrial products in IsoDraw Cad process for minimum 2+ year.
- Hands on experience in creating parts manual for Industrial products in Adobe illustrator for minimum 1+ year.
- Very good written and oral communication skills in English.
- 2+ years hands on experience in content management system (CMS) such as Windchill or Schema ST4.
- Experience in content management system (CMS) such as Wind-chill.
- Knowledge of graphic tools, such as Isodraw, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
- Experience in using Microsoft tools – Word; Excel; PPT.
