About the role

  • Area Sales Manager responsible for maximising new OEM customer acquisition in EMEIA. Directs sales force, manages representatives, and achieves sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maximising the acquisition of new customers and orders in the assigned territory (EMEIA)
  • Manage Sales Representatives and report directly to the Sales OEM Director
  • Direct the sales force to achieve sales and profit goals through market penetration
  • Identify potential opportunities with existing customers and acquire new customers to meet business objectives
  • Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase sales volume
  • Develop and maintain a competent workforce through training, coaching, and setting goals

Requirements

  • Business English knowledge
  • A third language Knowledge (Spanish or German) will be considered as a plus, but not essential.
