About the role

  • Salesforce Consultant creating strategic solutions for business efficiency and growth. Responsible for integrating CRM processes and guiding various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements
  • Map and structure the sales funnel in the CRM (Lead → Opportunity → Close)
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions within Salesforce
  • Prioritize the backlog of commercial and technical requests
  • Design and oversee integrations with ERP, marketing, and other tools
  • Act in a consultative capacity with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams
  • Create performance indicators and strategic analyses
  • Ensure governance and continuous evolution of the CRM

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Salesforce (Admin, Consultant, or Architect)
  • Experience with strategic CRM and B2B sales processes
  • Experience with integrations (APIs, middleware, automation)
  • Knowledge of sales funnel and revenue metrics
  • Systems thinking and focus on continuous improvement
  • Consultative and analytical profile
  • Excellent stakeholder communication
  • Ability to prioritize strategically
