About the role

  • Business Analyst providing high-quality input to software implementation solutions at IQVIA. Analyzing client requirements and guiding offshore teams for effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Provides high quality, timely development and on-time input to solutions for service delivery
  • Assists with the review and analysis of client requirements/problems and proposal development
  • Develops detailed requirements and design documentation and specifications
  • Conducts customer trainings, requirement workshops and demos
  • Validates the client deliverables and directs and reviews the work of an offshore project team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Familiarity with quality regulations in pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry
  • Prior experience with software implementations in pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry
  • Prior experience in authoring project documents such as business requirements document, technical requirements document, test scripts, etc.
  • Effective time management skills
  • CCBA Certification (from IIBA) is a plus
