About the role

  • Implement HR systems for public organizations in Brazil, ensuring quality and compliance with regulations. Analyze processes, provide training, and support users in the deployment of systems.

Responsibilities

  • Implement IPM's HR systems in municipal public bodies, following business rules and client requirements, including routines and areas such as: Payroll, Recruitment and Selection, Time and Attendance (Electronic Clocking), Performance Evaluation, Probationary Period, Occupational Health and Safety, among others
  • Analyze processes and system functionalities, identifying improvements and adjustments
  • Configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security
  • Deliver training to system users, guiding them on operations and available features
  • Monitor the implementation process, resolving issues and clarifying doubts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
  • Knowledge of public legislation and regulations applicable to the field (HR/Payroll)
  • Experience with HR/Payroll software
  • Willingness to travel frequently
