Implement HR systems for public organizations in Brazil, ensuring quality and compliance with regulations. Analyze processes, provide training, and support users in the deployment of systems.
Responsibilities
Implement IPM's HR systems in municipal public bodies, following business rules and client requirements, including routines and areas such as: Payroll, Recruitment and Selection, Time and Attendance (Electronic Clocking), Performance Evaluation, Probationary Period, Occupational Health and Safety, among others
Analyze processes and system functionalities, identifying improvements and adjustments
Configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security
Deliver training to system users, guiding them on operations and available features
Monitor the implementation process, resolving issues and clarifying doubts
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
Knowledge of public legislation and regulations applicable to the field (HR/Payroll)
Experience with HR/Payroll software
Willingness to travel frequently
