About the role

  • As Team leader for Payroll, you oversee the compensation processes for AGAPLESION with over 13,500 employees, ensuring legality and quality in payroll operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a payroll team
  • Responsible for the monthly payroll and salary accounting
  • Provide advice on employment, tax and social security law matters
  • Develop and improve existing payroll processes
  • Prepare analyses, statistics and reports

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or degree with a focus on HR/personnel or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in payroll / salary accounting
  • Solid knowledge of employment law, tax law and social security regulations
  • Ideally experience with P&I LOGA or a comparable HR information system
