About the role
- Implementing public accounting system at IPM for municipal bodies in Brazil. Analyzing processes, training users, and ensuring data quality and security.
Responsibilities
- Implement the IPM Accounting System at municipal public bodies, following business rules and client requirements, covering routines and areas such as: Planning and Budgeting, Asset and Accounting Management, Financial Management, Financial Reporting and Accountability, and Internal Control;
- Analyze processes and system functionalities, identifying improvements and adjustments;
- Configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security;
- Provide training to system users, guiding them on operations and available functionalities;
- Support the implementation process, resolving issues and answering questions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields;
- Knowledge of public-sector legislation and standards applicable to the field (Public Accounting), including routines such as Planning and Budgeting, Asset and Accounting Management, Financial Management, Financial Reporting and Accountability, and Internal Control;
- Experience with budgetary, accounting, and financial management software;
- Availability for frequent travel.
