About the role
- Senior Analyst at Ipiranga focusing on analytical tasks related to business expansion and strategic planning across Brazil. Engages in negotiations and data analysis for network optimization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and prepare technical reports on Expansion negotiations (flagging/rebranding and New Business) at the Brazil level
- Participate in Expansion negotiations eligible for Committee review, supporting the preparation of materials with profitability analyses and strategic guidelines
- Serve as the focal point for the Coordination team in the execution of the Ipiranga Network Rezoning: identify opportunities/gains in restructuring the commercial team by location across the national territory
- Update and send a monthly report on the Ipiranga Network profile: volume and margin, franchise revenue, NPS
- Lead Strategic Planning: analyze and define the expected growth of the Ipiranga network over the next 5 years, aligning where and how this expansion will occur
Requirements
- Build and structure dashboards in Power BI/Excel to provide managerial insights to leadership (advanced Excel and at least intermediate Power BI)
- Create advanced PowerPoint presentations for leadership
- Analytical profile with strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- Strong communication skills: clarity, conciseness, empathy, active listening, appropriate language, and assertiveness
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Retail, or Consulting
- Time management: ability to prioritize, plan, organize, maintain focus, and be flexible
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Ability to analyze numerical data, logical reasoning, and strong mathematical skills
- Accounting and financial knowledge
