About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the strategic plan for the Vice Presidency of Marketing and Business Development, and facilitate the management and definition of the annual OPEX and CAPEX budget related to the plan.
- Ensure alignment, engagement, and the rollout of actions across all Directorates impacted by the VP of Marketing and Business Development’s plan.
- Monitor the plan using key performance indicators and reports, facilitating the identification of deviations and defining actions to achieve business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for research, partnerships with consultancies, and other market benchmarking sources to enrich recommendations to the business team.
- Promote the democratization of data and encourage its use as a decision-making tool.
Requirements
- Experience: Experience in data analysis and/or business analysis roles, using data to support decision-making.
- Comfortable monitoring business metrics and financial topics.
- Strong ability to connect and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Soft skills: Autonomy, drive, proactivity, analytical mindset.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Excel / Power BI / PowerPoint; SQL is desirable.
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
