About the role

Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret manufacturing data (e.g. Yield, Efficiency, OEE) to identify performance gaps and trends;
- Identify root causes of operational issues across multiple factories;
- Translate complex operational data into clear, actionable business insights;
- Present findings to plant managers and global leadership in a structured, executive-friendly way;
- Develop and maintain global benchmarking frameworks for factory performance;
- Ensure consistency and comparability of KPIs across sites;
- Identify and share best practices across the manufacturing network;
- Collaborate with IT and data teams on reporting structures and data models;
- Partner closely with Operations and Finance teams to support performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, manufacturing analytics, or operational excellence;
- Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs (e.g. OEE, yield, efficiency);
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to communicate complex data in a simple, business-oriented way;
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills;
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement environments is a plus.
