Responsibilities
Deliver the Bank’s products and services to potential and existing customers
Perform financial transactions accurately and effectively
Maintain and apply a working knowledge of all applicable banking regulations
Ensure company service standards are continually achieved
Project a positive and highly professional image of the Bank
Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve customer questions/issues
Conduct installment and secured loan interviews
Process application on computer
Assist customers in their financial planning by making referrals to business partners
Maintain a daily record of all customer contact, sales, and other necessary data
Requirements
A High School diploma is required
Additional college coursework or bank-related training
Minimum of 1 year of banking experience
At least 2 years of sales and customer service experience—or a comparable combination of education and experience
Familiarity with financial terminology, banking systems, and various payment delivery options is essential.
