About the role

  • Engagement Manager/ Principal Consultant focusing on RGM analytics programs in CPG/FMCG sector. Delivering analytics solutions and optimizing pricing strategies across global markets.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients in the CPG/FMCG domain on Revenue Growth Management (RGM) analytics programs.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in pricing strategy, promotion analysis, and trade promotions. Optimizing pricing strategies and enhancing the effectiveness of promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth and improve market share.
  • Lead engagements across Americas, Europe, Asia, and ANZ markets, ensuring tailored solutions to regional dynamics. Prepare and present analytical reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in pricing and promotion processes and tools. Utilize deep industry knowledge to advise clients on RGM strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and implement pricing models and tools to forecast the impact of pricing changes on sales and profitability.
  • Lead & Consult clients on post-promotion evaluations to measure ROI and effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for Trade promotions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in pricing and promotion analysis in CPG/FMCG sector.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience overall in Analytics, Consulting, IT, or CPG companies
  • Domain Knowledge: Expertise in Pricing, Promotion, Assortment, and Trade Terms Management within the CPG/FMCG sector.
  • Data Expertise: Proficiency in Syndicated Sales data, Finance data, Trade Promotion data, and POS data.
  • Analytics: Ability to frame analytics solutions, apply regression and machine learning models, and derive actionable insights from data.
  • Consulting Experience: Proven track record of consulting or working in IT/CPG companies on RGM initiatives. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Client Engagement: Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale programs and manage client relationships effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and compelling manner
  • Global Experience: Experience working across diverse markets like Americas, Europe, Asia, and ANZ.
