Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and develop robust solution concepts within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Plan, design, and implement Microsoft-based architectures
- Take technical responsibility in client projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Conduct workshops, assessments, and technical reviews
- Make well-founded architectural decisions with a focus on operations, security, and scalability
- Provide technical consulting in presales, including effort estimates and solution sketches
- Produce structured documentation of architectures, decisions, and operational concepts
- Work closely with project management, sales, and operations teams, ensuring clean handovers
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in IT consulting or enterprise IT with a focus on Microsoft technologies
- Strong knowledge in several of the following areas: Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace, Azure infrastructure and platform services, Identity & Access Management (Entra ID, Conditional Access, Active Directory), and security and compliance features within the Microsoft environment
- Experience with hybrid IT architectures and migration projects
- Basic understanding of networking, security concepts, and operational processes
- Structured, analytical working style and strong problem-solving skills
- Confident and professional presence in client interactions and clear communication
- High degree of personal responsibility, reliability, and quality awareness
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and good English skills
