About the role

  • Backoffice Manager executing accounting functions and ensuring smooth business processes at an ERP solutions company. Collaborating with teams for financial reporting and record management.

Responsibilities

  • Close collaboration with the back office teams at our sites to ensure smooth administrative and financial processes
  • Independently perform accounting tasks, in particular preparatory bookkeeping, document management and support for monthly and annual closings
  • Preparation of service records and invoices for our clients, including verification, allocation and timely issuance
  • Responsible for travel expense reporting, including verification of receipts and internal allocation/recharging
  • Monitoring and billing of time tracking for all employees at the site
  • Maintain and manage billing-related data in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Handling general company correspondence and supporting administrative processes

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Industrial Clerk, Office Clerk, or Tax Clerk) or a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting/Finance
  • Solid accounting knowledge, ideally with experience in preparatory bookkeeping and financial accounting
  • Proficient with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience with travel expense reporting, time tracking and preparing service records and outgoing invoices
  • Good understanding of administrative and financial processes and a structured, independent and conscientious working style
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Excellent German language skills (written and spoken); English skills are an advantage
