Responsibilities
- Take ownership as a project manager in technical and industrial environments
- Manage traditional and agile projects within R&D, engineering or production areas
- Manage agile and traditional project teams in the development of complex systems in the areas of hardware, software and mechanics
- Develop and implement standardized processes, methods and tools for project management
- Optimize cooperation with customers' suppliers in terms of time, cost and quality
- Help building INVENSITY’s business in Sweden and work in professional, international teams
- Share and expand your technical expertise through workshops and coaching sessions within your specialist department
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical engineering or similar fields of study
- Minimum three years of experience in project management and a basic technical understanding
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Jira or Azure DevOps is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills and assertiveness
- Strong skills in planning, reporting, documentation & risk handling
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments, with a strong desire to contribute to the growth of a new location and be part of a global team
- Business fluent in Swedish and fluent in English.
