About the role

  • Key Account Manager managing national partnership between Intrepid Travel and REI Co-op. Driving sales growth and overseeing operations with marketing, legal, and service teams.

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in managing a new national partnership between Intrepid Travel and REI Co-op
  • Own the day-to-day relationship, driving sales growth, product and ensuring seamless collaboration
  • Coordinate closely with stakeholders across marketing, operations, legal, customer service, and executive teams
  • Oversee campaign planning, lead forecasting, CRM updates, and performance tracking
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with growth recommendations
  • Manage reporting against joint revenue targets
  • Represent Intrepid at relevant events, trade shows, and partner activations
  • Identify new opportunities to expand the partnership and deepen engagement with REI’s customer base

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or account management in the travel and tourism industry
  • Proven success managing B2B or strategic partnerships
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally in complex organizations
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Must be based in Seattle with ability to travel across the US
