Responsibilities
Play a key role in managing a new national partnership between Intrepid Travel and REI Co-op
Own the day-to-day relationship, driving sales growth, product and ensuring seamless collaboration
Coordinate closely with stakeholders across marketing, operations, legal, customer service, and executive teams
Oversee campaign planning, lead forecasting, CRM updates, and performance tracking
Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with growth recommendations
Manage reporting against joint revenue targets
Represent Intrepid at relevant events, trade shows, and partner activations
Identify new opportunities to expand the partnership and deepen engagement with REI’s customer base
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or account management in the travel and tourism industry
Proven success managing B2B or strategic partnerships
Strong relationship management and communication skills
Experience working cross-functionally in complex organizations
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven reporting
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Must be based in Seattle with ability to travel across the US
