Responsibilities
Support the management of daily operations, including recruitment, training, and performance of tour leaders.
Responsible for monitoring and implementing safety standards, code of conduct, and responsible travel policies across the Central America region.
Work collaboratively with Reservations, Product, Contracting, Sales, Customer Care, and Global Operations to drive group profitability and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Support various administrative tasks to assist the Operations team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or tourism.
1+ years working on management coaching / training experience.
2 + years in administrative tasks using Microsoft 365.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in both English and Spanish.
Reliable with outstanding organizational skills.
Problem solving and decision making.
