Responsibilities
Conceptual management of our social media profiles, including editorial planning
Creation, editing and publishing of content (text, images, short videos) for LinkedIn and other channels
Editorial and visual preparation of (sales) presentations, texts and articles for internal and external communication
Maintenance and content development of our website
Graphic design of informational materials such as brochures, fact sheets, flyers, advertisements and posters
Support in organizing customer and employee events
Coordination of smaller projects (e.g., photo and video productions) and collaboration with external service providers
Administrative support for marketing and sales (e.g., maintaining customer lists, template management)
Quality and brand checks: ensuring a consistent corporate design in PPT, Word and PDF
Requirements
Advanced university studies with a focus on marketing, communications management, media/communication/web design or a related field (ideally from the 4th semester onwards)
Very good academic performance
Initial practical experience in marketing/communications or strong interest demonstrated through internships, working-student roles or relevant academic projects
Confident presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills (German at least C1, English at least B2)
Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Very good PowerPoint skills and a good eye for modern design
Basic knowledge of image and graphic software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud) and content management systems, or a willingness to learn these tools
Experience in creating and preparing content for different target groups, channels and media; strong copywriting skills and attention to detail
Creativity, strong implementation skills, team spirit and a structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
High reliability, personal responsibility and punctuality; enjoyment of a dynamic environment and willingness to contribute your own ideas
Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and WordPress is an advantage but not required.
