About the role

Responsibilities
- Reconciliation from HGB or local accounting standards to the asset statement in accordance with the KAGB (German Investment Code)
- Management of corporate service providers domestically and internationally
- Coordination of the preparation of annual financial statements at home and abroad
- Organization of shareholders' meetings and shareholder resolutions
- Ongoing tax support for the real estate companies in cooperation with external tax advisors and the internal tax department
- Processing of payment transactions and management of master data and documents
- Planning and execution of distributions and capital measures
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of accounting
- Basic tax knowledge is mandatory
- Degree in economics/business administration or training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte/r) or a comparable vocational background
- Ideally supplemented by further qualifications (e.g., certified accountant/Bilanzbuchhalter)
- High sense of responsibility
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Team player with an independent working style
- Assertiveness and a confident demeanor
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
- Good command of English
