Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Data Science oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erste Erfahrung im Bereich KI, Machine Learning oder Datenanalyse
- Programmierkenntnisse (z. B. Python, R, SQL)
- Verständnis für Datenbanken
- Kenntnisse der Immobilienwirtschaft und der dort genutzten Daten sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Analytisches Denken, Teamfähigkeit und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Interesse, innovative Lösungen mitzugestalten und Verantwortung in Projekten zu übernehmen
