Responsibilities
New customer acquisition and (key) account management for the Northern Germany sales territory in the Solutions segment in line with the company’s strategic direction
Customer care in close coordination with internal stakeholders ASM Products and ASM Service
Technical consultation for customers and support in implementing customer specifications
Close collaboration with internal Sales on quotation preparation, price lists, delivery agreements, etc.
Responsibility for contract management and insolvency protection (e.g., invoice tracking, dunning processes, etc.)
Monitoring market trends and buyer behavior and providing feedback to Global Product Management and the R&D center to drive the development of new solutions and applications
Maintaining the customer database and ensuring all information is up to date (SAP/CRM)
Representing the company at trade fairs and customer events, for example
Requirements
Degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering; alternatively, certified state technician/master or equivalent vocational qualifications
At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment — e.g., intralogistics system engineering, drive technology, control engineering, or similar
Strong service and customer orientation
Independent, self-motivated working style
Strong communication skills and technical enthusiasm
Excellent German and English skills (at least C1)
High willingness to travel within the sales territory and to the relevant production sites
