Responsibilities
Acquisition of new customers and (Key) Account Management for the Central Germany sales territory (core region: Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate) in the Products segment, in line with the strategic direction
Customer support in close coordination with internal stakeholders: Lifetime Service, ASM Solution and ASM Service
Technical consulting for customers and support in implementing customer applications
Close cooperation with internal sales in quotation preparation, price lists, delivery agreements, etc.
Responsibility for contract management and insolvency protection (e.g., invoice follow-up, dunning, etc.)
Monitoring market trends and buyer behavior and providing feedback to Global Product Management and the R&D center to initiate the development of new products and applications
Maintenance of the customer database and ensuring all information is up to date (SAP/CRM)
Representing the company, for example at trade shows and customer events
Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering — alternatively state-certified technician/master or equivalent qualifications
At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment — e.g., intralogistics plant engineering, drive technology, control engineering, or similar
Strong service and customer orientation
Independent, self-motivated working style
Strong communication skills and technical enthusiasm
Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
High willingness to travel within the sales territory and to the involved production sites
