About the role

  • Solutions Sales Specialist leveraging Secure Networking knowledge to drive sales engagement and support customers at CDW. Engaging with prospects, negotiating deals, and achieving targets in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with existing and prospective customers
  • Qualifying and leading the initial business discussions with the client
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches to clients
  • Objection handling, negotiating and ultimately closing the sale
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Be the subject matter expert/specialist for Secure Networking
  • Establish new relationships within CDW and externally to drive performance goals
  • Build strong relationships with Account Management team
  • Identify client needs and propose end-to-end solutions

  • Experience in building positive working relationships with internal and external customers
