Responsibilities
You will be integrated into the sales department, within the Customer Care team responsible for all sales administration.
Working closely with field sales teams and Supply Chain, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers: an operational, cross-functional, and demanding role.
Coordinate order processing: receive, verify and record customer orders in accordance with commercial offers and monitor them through to delivery.
Monitor orders proactively and with rigor: plan, anticipate, coordinate required actions and involve the appropriate internal and external contacts to answer customer questions and propose concrete solutions.
Build relationships with customers: understand their priorities, adapt to their language, and establish a long-term relationship of trust to meet their needs.
Support the handling of sensitive situations with customers: communicate factually and effectively, adapting your communication to your interlocutors.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service and existing processes by proposing improvements to optimize workflows, prevent friction, and streamline the organization.
Requirements
Education: Bac+2 or Bac+3 (equivalent to an Associate’s or Bachelor's level) in business, sales or industrial logistics.
Significant experience of at least 3 years in a demanding environment (Sales Administration / Order Management, Supply Chain, industrial customer service, etc.).
Fluent in English, curious and a strong team player.
Comfortable managing multiple files and stakeholders, you are rigorous and have sound judgment.
Service- and customer-oriented, with strong listening skills and empathy while remaining aware of internal priorities.
