About the role

  • Client Success Partner at International SOS managing client training and B2C project management. Focusing on digital solutions and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the implementation of our digital solutions across a portfolio of clients
  • B2C project management
  • Train clients in the effective use of our solutions
  • Maintain close communication with clients to identify opportunities to improve our services
  • Identify upselling opportunities and coordinate with our sales team
  • Prepare reports
  • Support cross-functional projects

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification
  • Some experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within an international corporate environment
  • Experience supporting and implementing online services or digital solutions is a plus
  • Familiarity with project management
  • Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
