Responsibilities
Assist with the implementation of our digital solutions across a portfolio of clients
B2C project management
Train clients in the effective use of our solutions
Maintain close communication with clients to identify opportunities to improve our services
Identify upselling opportunities and coordinate with our sales team
Prepare reports
Support cross-functional projects
Requirements
Degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification
Some experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within an international corporate environment
Experience supporting and implementing online services or digital solutions is a plus
Familiarity with project management
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
Willingness to travel occasionally
