Responsibilities
Assist the Sales team and Commercial Management with their daily tasks.
Handle inquiries addressed to the hotel (business travelers, seminars, leisure groups, dinners, cocktails, etc.) and identify client expectations to respond to their needs with high quality.
Coordinate events with the banqueting teams and external suppliers.
Conduct research and analysis on target markets and competitors.
Assist in organizing and hosting fam trips and events for hotel clients.
Perform any other ad hoc or regular tasks as requested by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Sales and/or Hospitality Management (Master's degree preferred).
Previous similar experience.
Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
Energetic, well‑organized, and ethical.
Curious, continuously aware of your environment, and proactive in proposing ideas.
Maintain confidentiality of handled information.
Demonstrate rigor and intellectual integrity (handling important or sensitive files).
Possess analytical skills and the ability to anticipate.
Consistently ensure courteous and clear communication with clients and colleagues.
Proficient in computer tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).
