About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for expanding IT services business through strategic customer relationships in India. Collaborating with Solutions team to drive business growth in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and exceed expectations from India based customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Implement and oversee a structured sales process to ensure efficient lead generation, qualification, and closure.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and customer satisfaction.
  • Successfully negotiate contracts and pricing terms with customers to maximize revenue and profitability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the IT services industry, specifically with large SI's
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations in a competitive market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT services market and selling IT Services
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours and adjust schedules to accommodate clients and willing to travel across India
  • Fluency in English and local languages
