Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 5–10 years of property and casualty insurance experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • No prior work experience in Canada required, but must be authorized to work in Canada
  • Demonstrated strong leadership success factors
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Proven ability to organize work effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
