About the role
- Provide tailored Kfz insurance solutions for industrial and commercial clients. Engage in customer management and effective service delivery within the company’s structure.
Responsibilities
- Manage the individual motor vehicle insurance needs of industrial and commercial clients
- Identify the appropriate motor vehicle insurance solution for each industry
- Negotiate on behalf of clients with service providers, insurers and assessors
- Handle tenders, collections, claims settlement, contract preparation and data maintenance
Requirements
- Completed training as an insurance and financial services clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) or a related university degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of motor vehicle insurance
- Ideally, experience with large fleets
- Passion for customer service and close customer relationships
- Commitment to customer satisfaction
