Responsibilities
Manage and track all customer inquiries through to order confirmation
Act as the central point of contact for national and international customers, sales organizations, and project teams
Maintain the existing customer portfolio and monitor all recurring process and service cycles
Participate in customer and project discussions, and proactively communicate about inquiries, delivery status, and open orders
Targeted engagement with defined audiences to support sales activities and pipeline development
Prepare quotes and perform systematic follow-up
Prepare sales-related reports and maintain customer data
Requirements
Commercial or technical training, or equivalent qualification
Professional experience in inside sales or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage
Confident user of MS Office and modern CRM systems
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Strong communication skills
