About the role

  • Sales Representative in Business Assurance managing customer inquiries and coordinating with teams. Involved in sales activities and project discussions with national and international customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track all customer inquiries through to order confirmation
  • Act as the central point of contact for national and international customers, sales organizations, and project teams
  • Maintain the existing customer portfolio and monitor all recurring process and service cycles
  • Participate in customer and project discussions, and proactively communicate about inquiries, delivery status, and open orders
  • Targeted engagement with defined audiences to support sales activities and pipeline development
  • Prepare quotes and perform systematic follow-up
  • Prepare sales-related reports and maintain customer data

Requirements

  • Commercial or technical training, or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in inside sales or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage
  • Confident user of MS Office and modern CRM systems
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Strong communication skills
