Account Executive managing customer accounts for Intact's ERP solutions. Focusing on customer success and system enhancement through effective communication and relationship management.
Responsibilities
The Account Executive will be responsible for developing relationships with our growing customer base.
You will be their point of contact and their advocate within the Customer Success Office.
Working collaboratively with our Project Management Office as part of our new customer Hypercare process.
Working with other Customer Success Office personnel to deliver an optimum service to your account.
Meeting performance targets including revenue, credit control, interactions etc.
Ensuring internal record keeping and reporting systems are kept up to date.
Working with marketing to contribute to customer campaigns e.g. new product launches, webinars and events.
Contribute to our library of supporting documentation for products.
Maintaining positive relationships with existing Customers.
Requirements
Diploma or qualification in Business Management or Accounting/Finance would be an advantage.
Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service.
Previous experience or exposure to Intact iQ or other similar ERP/Business Software.
Full Clean Drivers Licence.
