About the role

  • Customer Success Coordinator at instacar ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support in a dynamic environment. Facilitating onboarding and resolving client inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with documentation and contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness while coordinating timely acquisition of mandatory documents and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized records of client documentation, providing ongoing support, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new customers.
  • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and manage client documentation and delivery processes efficiently, including vehicle delivery and return processes.
  • Collaborate with team members for continuous improvement, handle client inquiries with high-level service, and develop and maintain relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • Possess excellent communication skills, with a talent for clear, constructive, and articulate dialogue, and a dedication to delighting customers.
  • Have 3-5 years of experience in communications or customer success, demonstrating a track record of success in delivering exceptional service.
  • Are fluent in both Greek and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Can effectively collaborate across multiple departments to achieve common goals.
  • Are highly organized, self-motivated, and driven by results.
  • Excel as active team members and multitaskers who can swiftly adjust priorities to meet changing demands.
