About the role

  • Account Executive managing day-to-day activities for the Nando’s account. Involves supporting client interactions and ensuring project delivery within timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Account Director and Account Managers with day‑to‑day account activity
  • Delivering reliable, high‑quality customer service and helping maintain strong client relationships
  • Escalating risks, issues, or queries to the appropriate Account Manager in a timely way
  • Supporting the setup, processing, tracking, and delivery of BAU, campaign, and POD work
  • Managing artwork, print, and technology‑enabled projects through to delivery
  • Supporting new store openings and refurbishment activity as required
  • Ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed critical paths and timelines
  • Validating client‑supplied information to ensure briefs are accurate and complete
  • Coordinating clear and accurate briefs into internal production, studio, tech, and supplier teams
  • Raising and managing job requests within internal systems, ensuring all information is logged correctly
  • Maintaining accurate WIP tracking to support visibility and on‑time delivery
  • Carrying out basic quality control checks prior to delivery
  • Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth, efficient delivery
  • Making sure client communications are clearly understood, actioned, and followed through internally
  • Providing day‑to‑day support on ITG platforms and systems
  • Assisting with basic troubleshooting, queries, and guidance around account tools and workflows

Requirements

  • Experience in a marketing, agency, or client services environment
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • A confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working with systems, trackers, and operational processes
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and support the wider team
  • A collaborative approach when working with teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering work accurately
