Account Executive managing day-to-day activities for the Nando’s account. Involves supporting client interactions and ensuring project delivery within timelines.
Responsibilities
Supporting the Account Director and Account Managers with day‑to‑day account activity
Delivering reliable, high‑quality customer service and helping maintain strong client relationships
Escalating risks, issues, or queries to the appropriate Account Manager in a timely way
Supporting the setup, processing, tracking, and delivery of BAU, campaign, and POD work
Managing artwork, print, and technology‑enabled projects through to delivery
Supporting new store openings and refurbishment activity as required
Ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed critical paths and timelines
Validating client‑supplied information to ensure briefs are accurate and complete
Coordinating clear and accurate briefs into internal production, studio, tech, and supplier teams
Raising and managing job requests within internal systems, ensuring all information is logged correctly
Maintaining accurate WIP tracking to support visibility and on‑time delivery
Carrying out basic quality control checks prior to delivery
Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth, efficient delivery
Making sure client communications are clearly understood, actioned, and followed through internally
Providing day‑to‑day support on ITG platforms and systems
Assisting with basic troubleshooting, queries, and guidance around account tools and workflows
Requirements
Experience in a marketing, agency, or client services environment
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
A confident communicator, both written and verbal
Comfortable working with systems, trackers, and operational processes
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and support the wider team
A collaborative approach when working with teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering work accurately
