About the role

  • Account Executive at Absys Cyborg covering SMEs' needs in solutions and services. Responsible for managing commercial offers and client relations until sales closure.

Responsibilities

  • The Absys Cyborg portfolio dedicated to SMEs allows you to cover the full range of business needs for our clients and prospects across all sectors.
  • You design tailored commercial proposals and manage your deals through to closing.
  • You identify opportunities for new projects within your scope through your market knowledge, economic monitoring and the close relationships you build with prospects, clients and the ecosystem.
  • In collaboration with the Consulting teams, you analyze the client’s needs to provide an appropriate solution while ensuring project feasibility and compliance with our methodology and processes.
  • You support the client throughout the contracting process and during the delivery follow-up.
  • You plan and organize your activity in project mode: you feed performance indicators, flag project deviations, manage reporting, and mobilize internal and external resources required at each stage of the sales process.

Requirements

  • You have significant experience selling IT or telecom solutions or services within an IT services company (ESN), serving SME/mid-market clients.
  • Passionate about the digital transformation challenges of SMEs and mid-sized companies, you have demonstrated the ability to engage with senior stakeholders (Functional, IT and General Management) and to understand business needs to support their development.
  • Your business orientation enables you to prioritize sustainable results while ensuring a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • You stand out by your persuasive influence and are able to coordinate and lead a multidisciplinary team to close and deliver projects in line with set objectives.
