Responsibilities
Responsible for the entire employee lifecycle — from attracting new hires to offboarding
Structure HR processes and support managers
Handle HR administration, including drafting employment contracts and maintaining personnel files
Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters and advise employees
Support management with personnel decisions and advise on company culture
Plan and coordinate training and development initiatives
Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and the return of company property
Requirements
Business-related vocational qualification, a degree, or an equivalent qualification in HR
Experience as an HR specialist or in a generalist HR role
Confident in working with employees and managers
Structured, reliable, and a strong communicator
Comfortable with modern digital work environments and remote work
Willing to take responsibility and independently drive process improvements
