About the role

  • HR Specialist managing the complete employee lifecycle, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and development at InkuPlay, a growing digital entertainment company.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire employee lifecycle — from attracting new hires to offboarding
  • Structure HR processes and support managers
  • Handle HR administration, including drafting employment contracts and maintaining personnel files
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters and advise employees
  • Support management with personnel decisions and advise on company culture
  • Plan and coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and the return of company property

Requirements

  • Business-related vocational qualification, a degree, or an equivalent qualification in HR
  • Experience as an HR specialist or in a generalist HR role
  • Confident in working with employees and managers
  • Structured, reliable, and a strong communicator
  • Comfortable with modern digital work environments and remote work
  • Willing to take responsibility and independently drive process improvements
  • Professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to confidentiality
