Responsibilities
- Het verzamelen, controleren en verwerken van gegevens voor de salarisverwerking;
- Het voorbereiden van de uitbetaling van lonen, belastingen, afdrachten en loonaangiftes;
- Het uitvoeren van periodieke controles en het verstrekken van informatie over de salarisadministratie;
- Het adviseren van collega’s en management op het gebied van salarisadministratie;
- Het signaleren van verbeterkansen en meedenken over optimalisaties binnen de payrollprocessen.
Requirements
- Je bent in het bezit van een PDL-diploma;
- Je hebt MBO+ / HBO werk- en denkniveau;
- Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met NMBRS en/of ADP;
- Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt goed schakelen met verschillende collega’s;
- Je beheerst zowel Nederlands als Engels goed, in woord en geschrift.
