About the role
- Qualitätsmanager overseeing quality management and assurance in IT projects for infodas, a premier cybersecurity company. Collaborating with project leaders to enhance quality culture and methodologies.
Responsibilities
- You are the primary point of contact for questions regarding quality management (QM) and quality assurance for our IT projects.
- You are responsible for establishing, maintaining, monitoring, and improving quality management in IT projects and for promoting our quality culture.
- You further develop the tools and methodology of quality management.
- You support and advise IT project managers operationally on the use of QM tools and QM methods.
- You conduct regular inspections to ensure quality in IT projects.
- You ensure transparency in quality management across IT projects and serve as the interface between management and the operational project level.
Requirements
- You have a successfully completed degree in engineering, business administration/economics, or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of experience in quality management and quality assurance.
- Certification/qualification as an Auditor (m/f/d) is desirable.
- You have knowledge of quality management for IT projects and, ideally, experience developing and improving quality management concepts for projects.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are a team-oriented, communicative individual.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, and a willingness to travel as required.
