Responsibilities
Provide operational support to Sales and Sales Development, particularly in lead generation and in preparing customer meetings
Research relevant market and customer information
Qualify leads and handle initial outreach
Prepare and follow up on customer appointments
Ensure accurate documentation
Maintain the CRM and perform other administrative and documentation-related tasks within the sales environment
Assist in preparing proposals and presentations in close cooperation with the Sales team
Accompany the team at customer events, workshops, and trade shows
Requirements
Commercial or technical vocational training or a related university degree
Initial experience in sales or a project-related environment
Strong willingness to learn
Strong communication skills
Reliability
Ability to work in a structured and meticulous manner
Enjoy working as part of a team
Very good written and spoken German and English
Willingness to travel, especially within the DACH region
