About the role

  • Sales Specialist tasked with acquiring and managing client relationships within the D365 suite of products. Collaborating with marketing for strategic initiatives and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage new client relationships with the D365 suite of products including Power platform.
  • Develop relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Partner with the marketing department to conduct market research and develop strategic market penetration initiatives.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in outbound prospecting techniques and sales processes.
  • Ability to manage, nurture, and qualify inbound leads.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with sales, marketing, and external partners.
  • Ability to analyse lead activity, trends, and conversion rates.
  • Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot and Dynamics 365.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage pipelines and multitask effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Ability to support marketing and sales events.
  • Proficiency in providing monthly reports on lead activity and conversion rates.
