About the role

  • Rebates Analyst managing and optimizing pricing and contract processes for Pharmacy Benefit Dimensions. Handling analysis, reports, and multi-functional team collaboration to maximize profit and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for administration of the rebates process to include analysis, pricing, and optimization of processes to best implement and maximize contracts and amendments
  • Support development of PBM rebate proposals, renewals, pricing, utilization metrics and analysis reports
  • Manage, support and optimize analysis, pricing for contracts, RFPs and related processes
  • Analyze contract language and financial parameters to maximize profit and evaluate business risk and ensure compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Four (4) years of financial analysis experience required
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain exceptional organization and exhibit a high level of attention to detail
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Word and MS Office products, especially Excel and Access
  • Ability to work with, manipulate and synthesize large datasets for analysis, performance measuring, key insights and presentation
