Responsibilities
Reporting to the co-founders and working closely with our teams based in Lyon, Orléans and internationally, you will play a key role as an HR & recruitment consultant for our clients (startups, SMEs, and growing innovative mid-cap companies).
Lead end-to-end recruitment assignments (France & international):
Intake and definition of requirements with executives / hiring managers
Writing and optimizing job adverts and job descriptions
Participating in the drafting and presentation of commercial proposals
Requirements
You have at least 5 years of experience in one or more of the following:
HR role within a startup / SME or innovative mid-cap company
Interim management in HR or executive roles
Recruitment agency or organizational consulting firm
You have hands-on experience in:
Recruiting manager-level / expert profiles,
and ideally HR consulting (SME HR Director, HR Business Partner, senior generalist HR)
You have an operational knowledge of French employment law
You are comfortable in a hybrid role: delivery + client relationship + business development
You enjoy working in an entrepreneurial, agile and high-performance environment.

You are:
structured, reliable, results-oriented,
able to work autonomously while contributing to the team,
comfortable communicating with company leaders (CEOs, founders, General Managers, HR Directors, CTOs…)
You speak French fluently and have a good level of English (written & spoken).
🛠 Technical skills
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and digital sourcing tools
Ease with digital tools: Google Workspace, CRM, ATS, video conferencing tools, ChatGPT or equivalent
Interest or experience with personality / soft skills tests (Trimoji or others)
Sensitivity to startup / innovation / tech ecosystems is a real plus.
Benefits
Position based in Lyon (Auvalie Innovation offices at Greenopolis – Lyon 9) with partial remote work possible
Full-time preferred (or part-time minimum 60%) depending on profile, on a freelance/ fixed-term contract with the aim of transitioning to a permanent contract (CDI)

Compensation: dependent on experience + variable linked to assignment results and business development
