Implementation Manager responsible for managing client onboarding campaigns at Impiricus, the AI-powered HCP Engagement Engine. Collaborating with Client Success and Development teams for successful implementation.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update campaign details, timelines, and statuses in internal systems
Track, configure, and launch client campaigns according to defined requirements and timelines
Monitor active campaigns to ensure delivery, optimal performance, and successful execution
Communicate campaign-related updates, issues, and needs to Development and Customer Success teams
Generate, review, and upload client and internal reports in a timely manner
Support troubleshooting efforts by identifying errors or inconsistencies and escalating as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited college or university required
Entry-level role; prior professional experience is not required
Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills required
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
