About the role
- Implementation Manager responsible for managing client onboarding campaigns at Impiricus, the AI-powered HCP Engagement Engine. Collaborating with Client Success and Development teams for successful implementation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update campaign details, timelines, and statuses in internal systems
- Track, configure, and launch client campaigns according to defined requirements and timelines
- Monitor active campaigns to ensure delivery, optimal performance, and successful execution
- Communicate campaign-related updates, issues, and needs to Development and Customer Success teams
- Generate, review, and upload client and internal reports in a timely manner
- Support troubleshooting efforts by identifying errors or inconsistencies and escalating as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited college or university required
- Entry-level role; prior professional experience is not required
- Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
