About the role

  • Support operational activities and purchasing team in a mobility management company. Involves purchase orders, supplier registration, and delivery follow-ups.

Responsibilities

  • **Focus:** support for operational activities and assistance to the purchasing team, such as issuing purchase orders and following up on purchase requests
  • Assists with supplier and product registration in the system.
  • Monitors orders (follow-up), delivery lead times, and reconciles invoices (NF) with issued orders; handles order adjustments, among other tasks.
  • When necessary, conducts price quotes and requests budget proposals.

Requirements

  • **Preferred:**
  • Experience in Purchasing/Procurement.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Knowledge of Protheus (TOTVS) is a plus.
  • Currently enrolled in higher education (an advantage).
