About the role

  • Project Manager leading healthcare projects at iKnowHow Group, delivering innovative healthcare and digital transformation solutions. Responsibilities include managing project execution and ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the **planning, execution, and delivery** of healthcare-related projects (e.g., hospital systems, digital health platforms, regulatory initiatives).
  • Act as the **primary point of contact** between business stakeholders (clinical, operational) and IT teams.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage **project plans, risks, issues, and dependencies**, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.
  • Facilitate **workshops, steering committees, and status meetings**, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and KPIs.
  • Ensure proper **requirements alignment**, working closely with Business Analysts and technical teams.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Support **change management and user adoption**, including training coordination and communication plans.
  • Ensure compliance with **healthcare regulations, data privacy (e.g., GDPR), and quality standards**.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in **Information Technology, Healthcare Management, Business Administration**, or a related field.
  • **3–5 years of experience** in project management, preferably within **healthcare, healthtech, or life sciences** environments.
  • Proven experience delivering **IT or digital transformation projects**.
  • Strong understanding of **project management methodologies** (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Experience working with **cross-functional teams**, including business and technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with **healthcare systems** (e.g., EHR/EMR, hospital information systems) is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and **stakeholder management skills**.
  • Excellent communication skills in both business and technical contexts.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow) is a plus.
  • Certifications such as **PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum** are considered an advantage.
